Series Programs

WBA series are a group of seminars that follow a particular theme or career path. When bankers sign up for the series, they receive a discount off of the standard price. Almost all courses offered as part of a series are available as individual stand-alone classes.

Executive Development Program - NEW SERIES BEGINS JANUARY 2011

With today’s bankers facing unprecedented economic, regulatory and competitive pressures, the need for strong leadership has never been greater.  To help banks develop the executive-level talent they need, WBA has created a new, year-long Executive Development Program.

Designed as an intense learning experience for highly motivated bankers, the program will include sessions on the strategic, financial, management, and communication skills required for successful bank leadership today.  A variety of teaching tools will be employed to help participants get the most from the sessions and put the lessons they learn into practice to benefit their careers and their organizations immediately.

GROW YOUR OWN

Grow Your Own Lender (GYOL) is designed for banks in need of accessible, affordable credit training for employees with little to no experience. Use this time to groom talented employees who show an interest in the commercial lending field. Creating a commitment from employees through quality training instills loyalty, a benefit to the bank when the economy begins to improve and as seasoned lenders choose to retire.
