CUSTOMIZED PRODUCT TRAINING

DVR offers a highly interactive custom-designed e-learning program that incorporates the bank’s specific product information. Participants will enjoy stimulating instruction, activities, and practice exercises all based on the bank’s products. When minor changes to product occur, the bank can easily update the training program. The program includes tests, which are set to the bank’s product criteria and requirements. Training is offered in six individual product suites, including:

WBA offers a variety of in-bank training materials for delivery by the bank’s trainer or a qualified staff member utilizing the American Institute of Banking (AIB) products. AIB’s textbooks, training manuals and reference materials cover a wide variety of subjects in banking and financial services.
